Integrated engineering includes services for organizing the interaction of participants in the process of implementing an object in a complex, engineering and consulting activities at all stages of project development, including assistance in choosing modern components of engineering systems, process equipment and the actual production technology, as well as training the Customer’s personnel, commissioning a turnkey facility.

Construction engineering - includes services for the construction of an industrial facility by optimizing the processes of design, construction, financing, procurement and supply of the necessary & nbsp; materials and equipment.

Engineering in the field of existing facilities - includes engineering services to improve the entire production process or part of it at an existing facility by improving existing technological processes, using new solutions and personnel training services.

Designerovation

 

Design as part of engineering in the field of construction includes the following steps:

• analysis of the terms of reference, risk assessment and search for optimal conceptual solutions, guided by the wishes of the customer and existing regulations;

• determination of the number of design stages and design schedule;

• organization of work on engineering surveys, if they have not been carried out before;

• development of either part or the entire scope of project documentation in accordance with the design assignment. When developing design solutions, FAVEA-Center is guided by both mandatory state standards in force in the territory where the facility is located, and European, American, if this is due to the specifics of the production technology, it uses;

• protection of design decisions during the examination of design documentation;

• Development of "working papers" based on an approved design by FAVEA-Center or a third party design organization.

• Carrying out architectural supervision in the process of implementing design solutions.

Construction

​

During the construction process, it is necessary from the point of view of engineering to ensure the best coordination of work on  all stages, including:

• obtaining a building permit;

• construction schedule development

• preparation of tender documentation;

• conclusion of contracts with construction contractors and suppliers of materials and equipment;

• implementation of  preparatory work (off-site and on-site);

• supply chain  technological equipment, its certification, if necessary, as well as carrying out acceptance tests both at the manufacturing plant and during commissioning;

• construction and installation works, which include:

  • general construction, special construction works and installation of engineering systems;

  • rigging and installation work of technological equipment;

  • commissioning works;

  • repair and construction and repair and restoration works;
     

• adherence to safe work practices;

• ensuring construction quality control of works, materials and structures;

• maintenance of executive documentation;

• carrying out intermediate and complex tests of all systems and process equipment;

• customer personnel training;

• delivery  of works and object to the customer.

If necessary, on the basis of contractual relations, the Customer can also assume part of the engineering functions or apply for the implementation of their part to third-party organizations that may act as a technical customer or general contractor.

In the field of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and the production of medical devices, FAVEA-Center carries out complex engineering of facilities and technological complexes in accordance with GMP EU, FDA and ISPE rules and regulations in force on the territory of the Russian Federation.
